We switched to Brian when are original State Farm agent retired. He has been great and quick to answer whenever I asked questions. Just recently our homeowners insurance jumped and when I questioned him he took the time to read our HOA bylaws and reviewed our personal property information and dropped the bill from almost $600 to $300 for a year.
