Sold him an aluminum deck frame. I only required him to put down a 50% deposit to receive the frame. I sent him the frame in a timely manner, even sent him an extra shipment with more pieces he added on, and then never received the remaining 50% of my money from the original order, or any money from the added order. He would respond quickly to calls or emails while we were coordinating the sale, but hasn't responded to anything since I sent him his last shipment. funny how both negative comments on this review board are both people that have been rejected - imagine how much fun it could have been to do their work. Brian always delivers. A Real craftsman.

I spoke with Brian over the phone about some work I needed done. We scheduled an appointment for him to come over and give me an estimate. He never showed up.

So nasty and dismissive. Called for an estimate and they took my number and said they would call to set up date. Didn't hear back for two weeks so I went to office and asked what happened. He said he "wasn't thrilled' with the prospect! I said thanks ..you could have just told me so I could go elsewhere! Unbelievable way to conduct business!
