I haven't even met the guy yet and I already don't like him. I set up a surgery in AUGUST for November, TWO weeks before the procedure, he cancelled. Why??? Because he doesn't do surgeries on Mondays. I was told three weeks ago, he was going to be part of the team. Why did it take him so long to respond? I had all my paperwork done, my time off, a replacement, EVERYTHING in place. Now it's off because his office couldn't let me surgeon know until after all the paperwork was finished. After having to fire an entire oncology team at Sanford, I found Dr. Dees. Not only did he take the time to listen to me, my concerns and the treatment plan I wanted to follow, he made sure to have complete transparency through the process. Dr Dees and his staff did an amazing job. It has been almost six years since and I still remember what a caring, down to earth Dr he was.
