I had a very good experience on my first visit. The doctor and the staff were nice. The registration desk does the annoying thing of handing you a clipboard of 4 sheets to fill out to verify the information they already have in their computer. Lots of doctors offices do this and it should be simpler, like show me a tablet screen with what info they already have and allow me to mark it up and sign off.
