I worked with Brian roughly a year ago to find my new apartment. There was something of a time crunch and Brian leaped into action. He was straightforward, friendly, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly grasped what I was looking for and only guided me towards apartments that met my needs. Brian was by my side through the negotiation process, coop application, and closing. Throughout it all, he continued to bring his good-spirited guidance and knowledge to the table. I can't recommend him strongly enough.
