Hired Mr. Katonak, to work for me as my lawyer prior to his real estate ventures. I paid half of his fees up front to retain him and he only filed one piece of paper with the court, never followed up or responded to additional requests for info. A year later he was disbarred (Google the details if you want to know), with my case still pending.
