Dr Kaplan carefully and patiently spelled out the entire surgical procedure and recovery to my wife and me. He answered all question we had. Dr.Kaplan wanted to ensure that the process and preparation was understood. The pre-op papers were promptly delivered to us by his staff and they answered any questions we had. As pleasant an experience as one can hope for under the circumstances, worthy of 5 stars for Dr Kaplan and his staff.
So knowledgeable, easy to talk to yet won't sugarcoat, and clearly has your best interest in mind. The only reason I would ever stop going to this ENT is if he retires. :)
Dr Kaplan takes his time with his patient and explains the procedure(s) he is going to perform. He and his staff are very professional.
