After our initial disagreement whether the Yankees (me) or Boston (Dr. Kaplan) were the better team, I had one of the most professional and comprehensive consultations with a Doctor ever. This guy knows his stuff and when you leave if you don't have all your questions answered...it's your fault. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Kaplan is a pretty laid back guy but the second I said ,my hearing seemed to have changed a little he was quickly concerned and all business. Ya gotta like that.
I was seen at my scheduled. Dr. Kaplan cares about my condition. He is friendly and professional. I am glad i was referred to him.
