Intentionally dragged our civil law suit out for 2 years. Did not try to fight for us for a higher settlement amount and wanted us to take the first offer, we refused and had to go against his advice multiple times, but ended up with an settlement nearly 7 times the originally offered amount. Despite being told he would not bill more than 50% of the settlement, he tried to bill nearly 70%. When we disagreed with his billing he threatened that he would and could bill even more.
