Brian has been doing our taxes for 20 + years. When we lived in Oak Creek his office and hours there were convenient with our 3rd shift work schedule. We never doubted his accuracy and professionalism. In 2018 we retired and moved 5 hours north and we still use Brian, he is someone we trust very much.
Worse experience with an accountant ever! My old cpa retired so met with Brian mid-February to discuss our returns and drop off documents. Ever since then, it was a struggle to get any info/updates from him. Kept telling me he was working on my returns that week but never heard from him. April rolls around and still not having anything from Brian, I called him to find out what's going on with our returns and he gave me nothing but excuses and ended up hanging up on me! Take your business elsewhere. I don't know how he is still in business. He messed up my taxes, never responded to emails, calls, etc. right now I am having to pay $5,000 to the IRS due to his lack of attention, diligence and customer service, when I shouldn't owe anything. The other poor reviews you read, you think maybe it's one off, that is not the case, everything everyone has complained about messing stuff up and not being responsive is 100% accurate. If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would.
