Dr Brian Jordan performed a minimally invasive simple prostatectomy on me a year ago, which resolved a long-time source of frustration, anxiety and pain. Results were optimal, and continue to allow me to live a “normal” life after more than thirty years of urological discomfort. Dr Jordan and his team were and continue to be outstanding in every respect, and I feel fortunate to have trusted my UW Medicine team with every aspect of my care. My highest recommendation.

I was disappointed with Dr Jordan, as the team lacked organization; I was there in May 2023 for a rezum procedure, the PA didn't agree with Dr Jordan whether to wait for the biopsy before doing the procedure, then MA perforned a bad doppler, then Glory (the attendant), was supposed to call me to schedule my visit, she never called me back, when I finally get a hold of Glory, she was very rude on the phone, and refused to go over instructions 10 days prior to my procesure and schedule my post op visit 2 weeks prior sugery.
