I would not recommend this medical facility to anyone. Upon doing blood work, I was told that I would get a call back within a few days. There was no such call and it took me 2 weeks and 6 follow-up calls to eventually get my results. From the lack of professionalism and to completely unnecessary suggested medical treatment, I am never coming back to this place.
Have been a patient of Dr. Mignola's & mostly of Nurse Practitioner Patricia S. for over 20 yrs. & they are both great... BUT.. their office staff is a total disarray of incompetence. You can never get anyone on the phone, you leave your # & a message for a callback & you don't get one, you call for med. refills & they say OK we're sending it now & it never gets sent & you have to keep calling, they never call you w/ test results & furthermore they are a primary Dr. family practice who.. when you call to try & get in & see b... read more
I am not a fan of Dr. Mignola. I found his exams to perfunctory and not very thorough. I actually stopped treating with him several years ago when I traveled almost 2 hours from my job in Manhattan for an appointment I booked several months in advance only to be told upon arrival that he had to leave early due to an emergency and that they had called me ahead of time to cancel but it actuality never did.
