We had four different companies quote on a mini split system. Brian Johnson was the only one that gave us alternatives from the standard heat pump a/c mini split, their professionalism lead us to hire them. The crew were fantastic, they did an excellent job with the install, and were excellent to deal with through the whole process. They cleaned up and left our home as they found it.
They fit us in right away and got to the cause of our problem.
Fantastic customer service. Called on a weekend - had service on Monday. Friendly and knowledgeable Reasonable prices. I’ve had lousy experiences with tradesmen in grand bend. I would give the highest recommendation for this company. So refreshing to have great service.
Arrive home Friday after work to a cold house and furnace not working. Call Bryan Johnson plumbing and literally 27 minutes after my call the technicians had arrived and had fixed the stuck pressure switch. Bravo and thank you for the excellent service!
Had an issue with water coming down into the basement ceiling. Called Johnson receptionist and she had two guys come down in a few hours. They didn't waste any time figuring out the problem, and did top notch work to repair the leaking pipe. They saved the house from getting any water damage.
