Hi I went to Wright Dentures and Implants in Independence Mo on Noland Rd. I would highly NOT recommend this place. I have been without teeth since May. They cant get my denture right after 2.5 months. I asked for a refund to go somewhere else that cares about their patients and does dentures right but they will not refund my money nor will the office manger call me back and when I call they now send me straight to voice mail. This place is an absolute joke! I’ve read all these reviews and they’re very accurate. The only part I was satisfied with was the teeth extractions I had very little pain and my recovery was pretty quick. Everything else after that has been a downward spiral! The “Starter” dentures they gave me were the “Right sized” teeth but they ended up “Breaking”! This has been the theme ever since! Very unprofessional dentist had his license pulled in kansas for sub-standard and inadequate care. He has a criminal record, just look it up, it's public record, he does below standard work still , took my money then said I threatened them and relinquished our agreement and has done this to others, that's why you are required to pay upfront, he keeps the money and has his office manager lie.
