I made an appointment with Dr Welch on March 17, 2025 for my 17 year old daughter and I was referred to him by her Neurologist. It was set for Sept 24 , 2025. I called today to see if anyone may have cancelled and I was told they had no record of her having an appointment even though they received referral from her Neurologist and that I have proof I called and made one. if I can do -1 star I will for sure ! horrible customer service they never call my wife even when her doctor sent a referral. They make her wait and wait, They call one month later to let her know that has no more appointments available. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional staff. I’ve been calling For almost 2 months with a woman name Denise waiting for an appointment. She never told me that there are no appointments till next year on January. My doctor and I send everything they ask for. Like My medical Records and referrals. Dr. Welch is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about their patients. They take the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I feel confident and well cared for under their guidance
Was referred to this Dr from my primary Dr . The lady on the phone was so rude On the phone telling me "we don't treat my issue "and she will not book me in to visit the Dr. I called my primary and he stated his referral was valid and that type of Dr is the correct type to go to. Still curious on how the reception/phone person had my info that should be private for the Dr only to see.
