Everyone very friendly, polite, professional. I waited an hour and then taken back to exam room and waited about 15 minutes. This has never happened on prior visits. I don't know what the problem was Dr. Janz only spent at the most 10 minutes with me . I did not get to ask all of my questions. Dr. Janz is a very talented hand surgeon.
Staff was polite, friendly, attentive. Dr Janz was very knowledgeable and personable.
