Dr. Sullivan has a pleasant personality and takes his time answering questions. He went into detail as to what my spinal surgery would entail. Just before my surgery he came and asked if I had any questions or anxiety (I didn’t). Post-op he gave detailed instructions for recovery. I felt completely comfortable with him and his stellar reputation and experience. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a neurosurgeon.
Appointment staff hung up on me for asking for time to write the information down that she was speaking so fast. When i called back she denied hanging up on me and was rude. I asked to speak with a manager and was given voice mail.Turns out she had not bothered to properly enter any of my infomation and i had to repeat it to the next person. Dr . Sullivan and his entire staff are all very professional , informative, caring , and compassionate. I couldn't have received better care anywhere and I personally would recommend them to everyone. I would like to take this moment to thank each and everyone from the front desk check-in for pre -op appt at their office to check -out after my back surgery at their surgical center for a job well done. My mother worked with people who had physical and mental disabilities for 20 years. She lifted, showered, dressed, moving dead weight, making sure these beings were cared for in the right way. And little did she know her spine was going to deteriorate due to the hard labor she was putting on her spine. Offered procedures with hardware that would help with existing pain relief...great.
