I was extremely pleased with Dr. Park's response to my concerns about having another nose cautery(I'd had a bad experience). I had been having nose bleeds for a year and half. He listened, and then shared what he was planning to do. I felt comfortable and confident that I had come to the right place. I would highly recommend him. I haven't had a nose bleed in a year! Thank you Dr. Park!
I had an appt with Dr. Park at the Newton Wellesley location back in October for a on going ear issues i have been dealing with. He gave me prescription drops for my ear and told me to schedule a follow up appt. Follow up appt wasn't until mid December. The day before my appt his reception lady called me to cancel my follow up appt. He never saw me again and he never helped me with my ear. Dr Park was so helpful and I would highly recommend him. He explained everything I needed to know carefully and I understood my condition better than when I walked in. Professional, experienced, knowledgeable. Finally, his staff was terrific too.
