I had an appt with Dr. Park at the Newton Wellesley location back in October for a on going ear issues i have been dealing with. He gave me prescription drops for my ear and told me to schedule a follow up appt. Follow up appt wasn't until mid December. The day before my appt his reception lady called me to cancel my follow up appt. He never saw me again and he never helped me with my ear. I am completely satisfied overall
Dr Park was so helpful and I would highly recommend him. He explained everything I needed to know carefully and I understood my condition better than when I walked in. Professional, experienced, knowledgeable. Finally, his staff was terrific too.
Dr. Park was quick to focus me on my symptoms concerning his expertise. He was knowledgeable about where my cough might come from, suggesting treatment, that I will do after consultation with gastroenterologist
