Dr. Ipsen was extremely caring, competent and professional. I went to the ER and had a hip fracture. I felt very lucky that he was working that night.
I've had to have a lot of surgeries on my back. And one on my neck, he is the best and straight forward but very kind he truly cares. Very good at what he does, thank you and God bless Dr Ipsen. He has a great staff as well.

Very unprofessional staff! First I was transferred to the wrong girl (this samantha was very nice & transferred me where i needed.) But Dr.Ispens desk girl samantha whoever had a great time yelling & hanging up on me. Which I think in any case, NO MATTER WHAT SHE FELT or what the situation was, she should have been trained better. Felt like I was on the phone with a Burger King employee.
