Front staff is rude and not kind. First on the phone and today in person. Hospital referred me and so far it has been 4 days of not giving me an appointment. I was in a car accident and have herniated disc. She is refusing an appointment even after I returned all paperwork. Waiting room has 1 person in it. I ve never bern treated this disrespectful. Arrogance is not a place for a Drs office.
UPDATE: I can’t say thank you enough to Dr.Hudson and his staff, I was scared and very nervous, but after meeting with him, I had complete confidence in him, and everything went very smooth, and his confidence definitely shines through and is very calming to somebody like me,the staff has been amazing even through my nerves when I was most scared. If I Could leave 6 stars I would, The office staff is amazing incredibly nice, helpful and pleasant. The doctor himself. Dr. Hudson is truly amazing. He doesn’t rush you. He answered all my questions and even then some I just can’t say enough good about it and I want to say thank you guys for everything and I’ll see you soon.
Although the doctor is very attentive, one of his front staff is very rude and has not let me make an appointment to see the doctor even after having new symptoms from my brain surgery. Even with a referral from my doctor.
Dr Hudson and his staff are great! Everyone is professional and friendly. The office is streamlined with clear precise procedures for appts, injections and surgery. It's easy to follow as a patient and everything is timely so there are no long waits. I'm grateful that Kelly was proactive getting everything done before surgery since I sometimes have trouble managing on my own.
