Although the doctor is very attentive, one of his front staff is very rude and has not let me make an appointment to see the doctor even after having new symptoms from my brain surgery. Even with a referral from my doctor.
Dr Hudson and his staff are great! Everyone is professional and friendly. The office is streamlined with clear precise procedures for appts, injections and surgery. It's easy to follow as a patient and everything is timely so there are no long waits. I'm grateful that Kelly was proactive getting everything done before surgery since I sometimes have trouble managing on my own. Ive only seen the doctor once so far, but I would recommend seeing Dr. Hudson. He showed care and compassion, and his bedroom side manner was great. He took his time and we went over alot in one sitting. I really appreciate him for doing just that. Not many doctors that I have seen have been very helpful as Dr. Hudson was. The only thing I would recommend is, if you get referrals please get copies to bring to the places you need. Deb & Grace count your days. Absolutely disgusting how money hungry & unwilling to help their patients they are. I’ve been 2 months unseen with 3 fractured vertebrae’s in my spine and they sent me away because they refuse to bill my auto insurance claim that I gave them. Condescending attitudes and it’s unacceptably infuriating to refuse me treatment that’s necessary after 2 months of being fractured
This is the Best Dr. Office I have been to. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Hudson is the best. He did my neck surgery and it is the best ever. I trust him 100 percent. Thank you
