I saw Dr. Kaplan as a new patient three years ago due to symptoms of cholecystitis. The video visit was thorough and compassionate and I didn’t feel rushed. He ordered a few follow up tests and once he saw the results he immediately referred me to a surgeon for further review. Sure enough, I had huge gall stones and chronic cholecystitis. Dr Kaplan and team are by far the best GI team in Houston! He’s been my GI doctor for 15 years, and he’s an amazing physician— both in technical practice (he’s highly, exceptionally proficient) and thoroughness. His demeanor can be a bit rough around the edges occasionally, but otherwise a very nice person.
Exceptional physician with great office staff. Outpatient endoscopy support staff were also skilled and attentive. Highly recommend without reservation.
Very pleasant! Laughs , smiles- doc is awesome and explains outcomes ! Dr.Kaplan has a wonderful bedside manner ! If I could rate him and his staff a 10 I would !! Keep it up guys
Can't say anything but this man knows what he's doing! Wasn't able to be there for my mom's surgery, but he did awesome and my mom and dad were very impressed!
