Jane is the absolute best! Always such a breeze!
After selling a car and taking it off my policy I received my bill of $86.16 for a 2011 dodge Durango, which seemed high especially with no tickets or moving violations nothing in over 10 years BTW. Paid that bill received my next bill it was $111.45. I inquired of why it's so high was told because I dropped the other vehicle from my policy. Need less to say I switched insurance companies and am paying half the $111 they charged was a customer for years. Seems they charge what and when they want.
Great service and follow up. Helped me save a lot of money on my policies.
