Not recommended. First thing that annoyed us was their unprofessionality of allowing landlord to do repair (it is clear written on the agreement only a licensed person to do repair) and yet they did broke their own agreement so many times, their landlord used something to fix the mould in the house and it dripped on my expensive bed sheet then they said they didn't do it, it was already like that HAHA. Highly experienced team with over two decades of experience between them. They will not push landlords to sell sell sell! I have known Gech years before Brian Homes was established, she is very honest and stands by her principles a rare thing in this industry these days.

Worst agent ive ever.... stay away from these guys they have no idea, and to cap it all off they hardly speak english.. SHAME SHAME SHAME
