Very considerate of your needs. Has someone from the office call the next day to make sure all is well and another day after that got another call to make sure all was well. He made sure I felt no pain with my extraction, used gum numb so needles would not be felt as bad. Very kind and very, very good surgeon

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Was this provider friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

The office was friendly and helpful. I didn't have a dentist referral, but was there on the recommendation of one of my patients. I was escorted into the examination room in a timely fashion and didn't have to wait long for Dr Hogan. Even though I am a doctor and have experience with oral surgery, his explanation of what was planned was thorough.
