I called about an accident that happened with my son. A boy pushed him and broke him harm, I asked them if they could help me get the parents to pay for the medical bills I've gained from another boys actions. They denied but then called me a month later wanting to take on the case. During the couple months we worked together I had to constantly ask for information or ask for updates.
