I will never come here again. Terrible customer service with no clarity. I purchased a car 3 months ago. Was told I have road side assistance in my policy. I am 100% sure of this as I have teenage drivers and would NEVER let them drive without roadside. Got a flat tyre, called roadside for help and them, to only be told I dont have road side assistance policy. Friendly team and quick turnaround. Noting that I had to call to follow up the online booking, as I did not receive any confirmation that my service had been booked. Aside from that, the experience was smooth and straightforward.
