I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Brian Hilton Toyota, Wyoming. I brought my Hilux in with a clear concern about the brakes, yet I was told that “no issue was detected.” Trusting my own instincts, I went elsewhere for a second opinion — and the problem was identified almost immediately. I called the dealership today regarding a car, and the representative I spoke with, Michael O’Connor, was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of helping me with my questions, his tone and attitude made the entire conversation unnecessarily unpleasant. I expected better customer service from a dealership, and this experience has made me reconsider doing business here.
