The ssangyong Musso is the worst purchase of my life... The "fixed price servicing for 7 years" went from $375 to $522, their reason, it now includes cabin filters. The servicing intervals are ridiculous but if you don't do them you void the warranty. Things like, transmission fluid replaced every 45,000 kms, differential oil every 30,000kms. The only reason you get a 7 year warranty is because of the excessive servicing you pay through the noise for. Only the first service will be the "fixed price", then after that, expect ... read more
Excellent experience with the Ssangyong service guys who were able to sort me overheating issue. When I called although they were fully booked still said to come down and they would have a look. The service foreman was very attentive when I explained the problem and the circumstances leading up to it. They did not have the part but were able to source it from one of the in stock cars so as I was able to carry on the rest of my journey. Restored my faith in Ssangyong.
Booked online for a service and never got a call back . Car needs a 15000 service today as booked can't do it for 4 more days . What's the point of online booking if the system dosnt work . Just usless. Get someone to answer the phone and book . It's a service centre, offer service . Very disappointing. Now I have time drive my new car fir 1000s of ks past its due service Steve Sweet
Outstanding customer service from both Paul and Adrienne. An absolute pleasure to purchase a vehicle through them. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car, that wants good honest advice to at least go past and see Paul for the best knowledge on the latest vehicles and talk to Adrienne for all your financial requirements.
