Disgusting service. Kim the receptionist is rude and hung up on me accused me of raising my voice. I was driving and couldn't hear very well. Had a warranty issue and basically told me to get stuffed. Don't shop here!

The ssangyong Musso is the worst purchase of my life... The "fixed price servicing for 7 years" went from $375 to $522, their reason, it now includes cabin filters. The servicing intervals are ridiculous but if you don't do them you void the warranty. Things like, transmission fluid replaced every 45,000 kms, differential oil every 30,000kms. Excellent experience with the Ssangyong service guys who were able to sort me overheating issue. When I called although they were fully booked still said to come down and they would have a look. The service foreman was very attentive when I explained the problem and the circumstances leading up to it. They did not have the part but were able to source it from one of the in stock cars so as I was able to carry on the rest of my journey. Restored my faith in Ssangyong.
Booked online for a service and never got a call back . Car needs a 15000 service today as booked can't do it for 4 more days . What's the point of online booking if the system dosnt work . Just usless. Get someone to answer the phone and book . It's a service centre, offer service . Very disappointing. Now I have time drive my new car fir 1000s of ks past its due service Steve Sweet
