A had my car booked in to put on some accessories purchased with the car but not delivered. I confirmed a week prior that all parts were available. I continued with the booking. I picked the car up this morning and guess what - several of the items were not done citing they were out of stock. At first they blamed the Sales people. I wasted a lunch break confirming stock, and was an hour late to work this morning. Now I will have to arrange a day again to get the last items installed. Hopeless wouldn't take my land cruiser there for anything. I asked for a quote 3x. I bought this up with reception. Did not receive a quote. If you don't want a quote for URGENT repairs go to Toyota wyong. Ended up going with a private mechanic who gave same day quote and did the job better than any mechanic there.
