Brian Hilton has a great service department that is streamlined and organised. Staff are friendly and they have a great coffee machine. Free drop off and pick up in the local area!
Do not even try and go here to have your car repaired. We dropped our Renault master van here a month ago and were told there would be a 2 month wait. Not great but we accepted this. They then called a month later AFTER we had already had it towed to their repair centre that they would not be looking at our car AT ALL. We asked for an explanation as to why they would not even examine the car and they just repeatedly responded ‘it was management’s decision’. No proper explanation and they just refused to look or attempt to fi... read more
