Rudely ignored. We have an old Kia and wanted to upgrade to an ev. Booked a test drive only to turn up on time to find the only demo they had was about to be driven away by someone else. We asked the salesman about this and he was quite dismissive and quite frankly rude, didn’t even attempt to sell us a car. We were so appalled we left and went over to Geely, lovely salesman and a lovely car, we may even buy one! Will never purchase or go near a kia dealership again!
