0 Stars – Absolutely Disgraceful Service Warranty claim lodged on 17thApril 26, Three months later, still nothing. No email response, no callback, completely ignored. I've followed up multiple times by phone and email and gotten silence every time. This is meant to be warranty support and I've been ghosted for 3+ months straight. Absolute joke of a service department. Kia Gosford — do not expect any communication if you need to make a claim. Would not recommend.

6 week wait before my KIA can have a “diagnosis” despite a diagnosis already preformed during the recent service. Service stated Airconditioning compressor not working but gas in the system. Told must have another diagnosis for $395 though the fault was found by the technician. After this next diagnosis it may be another 6 weeks before repairs can be made.
