Unfortunately I must still stand by this review as my 2010 Honda Accord Euro Navi's GPS and software system has stopped working entirely and there is no help available from Honda without paying to fix or replace the obvious faults. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. The entire purchasing process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience.
Some customer service training would go a long way. A staff member ignored me standing infront of her for 10 mins, she was seated with a phone up to her ear but not speaking, just wouldn't acknowledge I was standing there. She then had the audacity to call me rude because I "interrupted someone on the phone". The way she was speaking about other staff members infront of a customer was also wild. Congratulate her for being the most unprofessional person ive come across in any industry and for losing you a customer.
Extremely expensive, the service is a disgrace, the site is disorganized and information poor, the quality of the maintenance is really poor, they fix one thing but damage two. They are destroying the reputation of HONDA.
Worst customer service experience when speaking with the manager at the service centre. Had the parts department not made it aware to me what the manager in the Service Centre said in response to my customer enquiry.. I wouldn't be rating Honda so low. They flat out refused to assist and told me to go elsewhere to fix my jammed disc player and quoted $4k for a new head unit.. after having just bought my car from Brian Hilton days prior..
