Thank you Hayden for your great service today. Although you’re fairly new to your role you provided us with so much information about the new car we are looking to purchase. I had been to several dealerships today and either not been served or dealt with salesmen who were just so cringey to talk to. You were relatable and genuinely helpful. I hope to be back next week to finalize the purchase pending on trying out a few different models for my own peace of mind.
I have called 3 times to book a car service and each time I was told that they are unable to access the system. Got told I was getting a call back within the hour, which never happened. Their customer service is an absolute joke
I'm a mechanic working on a customers car and need a genuine Honda part - nothing fancy, just a commonly used sensor - I contacted Brian Hilton Honda twice via email on their 'contact us' spare parts form. No response. I called them on the phone twice and both times after being hold for 20 mins the call dropped out. I have now been on hold a third time and still waiting for someone in parts to get back to me. No offer to call me back, just crappy on hold music. This is ridiculous! The issue I booked the car in for was fixed before the time I was told. The quote I was given was very close to what I paid. My only disappointment was requesting a quote for repairs on the body 5 times, to receive no quote. By the 6th time I was told the department was ready, I decided to look elsewhere Staff were very professional
Unfortunately I must still stand by this review as my 2010 Honda Accord Euro Navi's GPS and software system has stopped working entirely and there is no help available from Honda without paying to fix or replace the obvious faults.
