Don't buy here. Look at all the bad reviews. Better to travel to Sydney. They didn't deliver the promised accessories the denied it altogether. The staff give fake names.
Disappointed - initially I wrote a positive review after purchasing my vehicle. Disappointing they dont answer their phone. Apparently they are experiencing a high volume of calls (BS) - yet I am next in the queue. When it answers it tells me the voicemail is not accepting messages. I tried not pressing 1 for sales, and waited instead to be answered got the same loop. I guess no receptionist either. I wouldn't waste your time, and try a different dealer. I rarely leave reviews, but after six months of frustration, I feel its a bit ridiculous. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, expecting a high level of service and support. Instead, what followed was a deeply disappointing experience that reflects a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.
