I’m very disappointed with the service from this dealership. I contacted them multiple times and spoke with John just to organise a 30-minute test drive, but each time I was told they would call me back — which never happened. After several follow-ups with no result, I’ve decided I won’t be purchasing my car from this dealership. Very very poor customer service and communication.
Disappointing they dont answer their phone. Apparently they are experiencing a high volume of calls (BS) - yet I am next in the queue. When it answers it tells me the voicemail is not accepting messages. I tried not pressing 1 for sales, and waited instead to be answered got the same loop. I guess no receptionist either. I wouldn't waste your time, and try a different dealer. Need to show more pricing. Not open Sundays when many come to look.
Don't buy here. Look at all the bad reviews. Better to travel to Sydney. They didn't deliver the promised accessories the denied it altogether. The staff give fake names.
