Mr. Hicks called me in response to a quote I obtained online through the GEICO website which proposed less coverage and more cost. I did not follow through with the quote but later recieved and un-solicited call from this individual. I don't normally waste time arguing price with insurance companies or agents. However, since he took the time to call me in the middle of my work day and disrupt me I assumed he was genuinley interested in my feedback. Amazing customer service by Kelly, knowledgeable, fast and super friendly, we had an issue with my android not supporting the app and she quickly fixed it and I walked out with a good premium and excellent advice to keep it that way.
