Came out to repair my stove, caught fire that very night. Refused any responsibility or to look at it. In talking to friends, he way over charges as well. Brian needs to remove his name from this new owner.
Steve Cuplin was quick to respond to my call for help, arrived promptly, and had my electric dryer working again in short order. Superb service and reasonable priced. Won't hesitate to call him again.
Steve answered immediately was in between service calls and had my heating element on my gas dryer fixed within the hour in between service appointments. Impeccable service! Promptly addressed and resolved.
