This is our third time staying at this resort. The resort is close enough to Bryce Canyon 1 and 1/2 hours that you can enjoy a resort but still go adventuring in Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks. The resort has improved from the first time we went. The bathroom shower broke but amazing maintenance guy T fixed it in like 15 mins. The dry sauna and steam rooms never seemed to work and the hot tubs need to be fixed.
This is one of my favorite ski areas! We came in late season and the slopes weren't crowded at all and most of the snow was in good shape. We had hardly any wait on any lift. Navigating between the Brian Head and the Navajo sides can be a bit of a challenge, but we had a lot of fun figuring it out. Stick with the Navajo side if you're a beginner. Older man at the front counter that checked us in was awful. Keys wouldn’t work after going up to the 3rd floor then couldn’t get to the room with a cart full of luggage due to a set of stairs after leaving the elevator. His demeanor was like he hated his job and could care less. Then later that night a woman replaced him with the same attitude.
