Well firstly I found the sales side of the business very helpful and not pushy which was refreshing. However my review is of the service department. I must have called at least 8 times to arrange two recalls on my Mazda CX-9. Admittedly the person in service did call me back once and asked me to let him know the recall number and vin. So I called back and still no response. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to call, leave messages and no one bother to call you back.
