I called to schedule an appointment for my parents and had all of their information ready. Instead of assisting, the front desk immediately asked “is there a reason why they’re not calling themselves”. That question was intrusive, unnecessary, inappropriate, and frankly unprofessional, especially with her tone. People schedule appointments for older family members all the time, and it’s not the office’s place to interrogate that. The interaction only got worse from there. Dr Snyder is extremely efficient and health conscious. Is primary interest is preserving the teeth that I have and my health. His office is friendly, effective, and caring.
