I had a terrible experience with this team. For my first surgency, it took them over seven months to send me the final bill. For my second consultation it took three days just to get scheduled because the front desk just wont reply to my emails or pick up my call. After the consultation they gave me incorrect pricing based on an insurance plan that was already termed 9 months ago. And then they went completely silient for two weekes with no follow ups. We had an excellent experience with our teenager here. Dr Cheung removed 6 wisdom teeth plus an extra bicuspid that was causing some problems. The procedure was quick, the staff and doctor made our child feel at ease. The post op pain was easily managed and the healing went very smoothly. Highly recommend!
We are very impressed with Dr. Cheung and his team! Our daughter recently had her wisdom teeth extracted and he was incredibly helpful with her concern and worry and was willing to support us throughout the process. Post surgery a few days later we had a question and called his after hours number. He immediately called us back and offered us his cell number if we had any other questions. Their work is top notch and they take insurance!
Dr Cheung and his staff are so great. He removed my child's wisdom teeth and a tricky extra tooth he had. The process from start to finish could not have been more seamless.
