Everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and helpful. I have both auto and homeowner insurance with Phil Grites. Maybe I like them because I haven’t had a claim in many, many years? Great staff as well.
I have had Phil Grites (Brian's dad) as my car insurance agent for 36 years. He and his staff are so helpful and promptly replies to all my inquiries. We also get Life Insurance and Renter's Insurance through State Farm. A shout out to his staff Kati and Nancy that have helped us numerous times. Thank goodness most of the time it wasn't due to a claim. We just kept adding more vehicles as our children grew up. Want an honest and helpful insurance agent and a superb staff to work with?
