Brian said her small projects were very easy; no problem. As a single woman my sis was so happy to have a friendly qualified man to help her. Received his ridiculously high priced proposal. I sent him 3 emails, no reply, and I expect he just does not want the job. Brian appeared to be above the web of handymen who wasted our time waiting for them and then coward out without a word. Very sad. But we will continue our search to have windows caulked and door locks replaced and window wells cleaned.
