I've owned Harleys for 20years and never have I experienced better customer service, care, knowledge and all around professionalism. After getting laughed at for inquiring about getting an oil change any time this week from other shops (harley dealership included) Brian called me back had me scheduled the next day dropped off 30min before my apt and 45min after my appointment he called that he was done! I established a relationship with Gray’s about 7 years ago. It’s has involved maintenance, repairs, and storage. He continues to exceed expectations.
These guys are great, they really are excellent at what they do. My bike had problems no other local shop could seem to figure out.. These guys did. They were fair and open about everything. Definitely have a loyal customer in me.
Brian and Matt are top shelf. Always willing to help especially when you have a problem. Excellent work at a reasonable price.
