1.30 pm appointment with Dr Galler. I waited 25 minutes, and ask the person how much more of a wait. He's in with a patient it won't be long. I replied, I've been here over 25 minutes and I'm not getting paid as I'm here. She the receptionist replied he's a cardiologist!! So it takes longer.(He's a numbers man not a surgeon). Dr. Galler is a rare find these days. While remaining true to his specialty, he actually views his patients as whole, complete individuals. He treats his patients, and their families, with kindness, dignity and respect, and takes his time with explanations and recommendations.
Always listens to concerns, takes time explaining and making a treatment plan or testing if needed. Very thorough doctor. He found a blood issue I had that others had missed. I’m very thankful. Dr. Galler is amazing. Definitely worth making the appointment.
Don’t waste your time. Waited 45 minutes of my own time without being seen before I got frustrated and left. If you’re a doctor who wants to take a certain amount of time with patients then don’t overbook yourself.
