One of the most arrogant doctors I have ever seen. He also had the nerve to put down I missed an appointment when I in fact was at the appointment, but walked out due to his negligence and unprofessionalism. I had to go through constant grievances and go out of network to get Kaiser to approve a surgery that was clearly needed for over a year. Dr. Worden is absolutely an amazing doctor. I have seen him a few times this year for a couple nodules and a bump on my neck. He is extremely gentle, patient and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful he addressed my issues and concerns with my neck. He is so kind and caring for reaching out to me to see how I was doing a few days after my procedure.
