Dr Forsythe and his team, all the way down to the Physical therapists out of the Muenster Indiana location were absolutely amazing. From check in to final release for my shoulder surgery, I am not sure I could find one complaint. I feel great, I was treated like family, and I never felt rushed. Wait times were minimal after checkin all the way around. 1000000% recommend Dr Forsythe and Midwest!
