Dr. McDonald is an incompetent doctor who employs a complete incompetent staff. McDonald does not listen to the patients needs and makes rude remarks to them throughout the entire appointment. It is completely impossible to get anyone in this office on the phone to ask for information or to make an appointment. (I know this because I have tried for weeks).
