This office is a joke. I contacted them a week ago and was told I would hear from someone within 24 hours or the same day. Here it is almost a week and a half later and I am still waiting to hear from someone. You can’t ever get someone to speak to live in the office. I have left 3 messages on the intake manager Jessica’s voicemail, who by the way her recording states will return the call in 24 hours, she has yet to return one single phone call.
