He did nose surgery to my son. He still can't breath, he didn't have all tools before and after the surgery.
I am patient of Dr Humphreys, and I can say that I am not only satisfied but I am pleased with the treatment I have received from the Doctor and his staff. I have a history of chronic Sinusitis which has caused me much pain and discomfort over much of my life. Dr Humphreys treated me with a relatively new procedure called balloon sinuplasty. I have benefited much from this and I am grateful to Dr Humphreys for his concern for me as a patient. What I really like about this Doctor is his willingness to take the time to answer ... read more
Dr Humphrys is a very nice man. He took his time to explain things to me. His staff is nice also.
I had a problem with my ears that caused some extreme discomfort and threw my equilibrium off badly. Dr. Humphreys was able to schedule me quickly and took the time to really get to the root of the issue. Not only did he tell me what the problem was, but he also explained it in full detail until I understood it myself. His staff was incredibly kind and caring as well! I can't recommend the ENT Clinic in Lufkin more. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!
Great appointment
My nose needed to not look like Karl Malden's when I get older. While I was there he showed me a genuine concern for my comfort and understanding. It came out so good that he wanted to take pictures for before and after. I agreed to after because of my vanity. I was very well taken care of and the procedure went 1,2,3 and I was out of there. I later had a laser skin treatment and my face was much tighter afterward. A genuine caring doctor.
Minimum hour and a half wait for every visit. Very cramped quarters. At least three weeks to see when patient in pain.
We love Dr. Humphreys! He made my mom, who is very hard of hearing, feel valued and important by speaking so she could hear and understand him. He was thorough and efficient with her exam. He was quick with an accurate diagnosis and made sure we understood everything that was going on, including the medication he ordered. He is up-to-date on latest practice methods. His RN in the exam room was kind and intelligent, too!
I had a small 10 mm cancer growth on my nose. A skin graph was needed. The finished product looked like he had put a tire patch over the spot. He failed to mention that the nerves would be damaged and that I would have no feeling on most of the left side after surgery.
