Referred to Brian by another firm that was backed up. Scheduled 11/20 for 12/2. He came out, took some measurements. Told him we needed a written report with calculations and code citation facts, not an opinion, as we planned to seek restitution via litigation. Brian responded promptly and came to my location to assess structural integrity, safety and to make recommendations on a basement foundation in May of 2025. As they departed I asked for a written follow up of their recommendation to add to my records. It is November of 2025, and I have followed up several times with Brian who has asked me to text details to their number. I have yet to receive the written recommendation.
Ask Brian to come out to look at a basement with serious foundation issues as I was the contractor on the project. Seemed completely lost when i asked for a structural alteration plan. He decides instead of coming up with a solution, his plan is to steal my customer and have one of "his contractors" come look at the job several days later. I figured the 4.5 rating would have been safe to trust the guy around customers, but apparently you cant. In my experience brian was entitled, arrogant and Lacks integrity.
Came out for inspection and won’t return any calls. Said report would be sent same day, never received it. Poor communication.
