While Brian is very friendly and personable, he will only do half of the job. My bank needed more information and he has been stringing them along and me for weeks. I was supposed to close on my house June 1st. It is now June 11. I talked to Brian just this past Tuesday when he said he will have the information sent that afternoon. I am a single mom of five children, which he knew, and this is causing considerate anxiety and financial stress. Brian was so friendly and incredibly personable. I am a divorced woman looking to refinance my house and needed an estimate. Brian was affordable, very quick, and the whole process was such a relief. Sometimes I have apprehension about hiring people I don't know, but that wasn't a worry at all. Brian was very professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful and I will not hesitate to hire him again if I am ever in need. Highly recommend.

Brian came to my home to inspect for water damage in my basement. After walking around the perimeter of the house, he immediately diagnosed the issue--our gutter system was insufficient for the 'load.' The water damage in the basement matched exactly with the overflow in our gutters. He predicted exactly where the problems in the basement would be. Brian was available within a week to do a one hour engineering consultation on a potential home addition. In the little time he was there, he was able to assess some load bearing limitations of existing structure. We discussed several structural load requirements which would heavily influence the overall design as well as provide some detailed examples of how those requirements could be met.

Referred to Brian by another firm that was backed up. Scheduled 11/20 for 12/2. He came out, took some measurements. Told him we needed a written report with calculations and code citation facts, not an opinion, as we planned to seek restitution via litigation. Received nothing, followed up 12/9, he stated it was on his list and to call him back if we don't get it soon. It's 12/31, we went looking for another engineer.
