Brian came out to evaluate a wall I was considering altering as part of a home project. He was responsive to communication and was able to fit me into his schedule that same week. He was extremely personable & easy to talk to, and helped me understand which structures in my home are load-bearing as well as things I need to be considering. I'm disappointed with the experience I had with Brian. I needed a professional opinion for a sagging issue in my home, but he only spent about 30 minutes on-site and didn’t make an effort to fully understand the problem. He didn't go under the house to inspect the area thoroughly, and his physical limitations seemed to prevent him from getting a closer look. I contacted this guy to check out my basement. While he did answer the phone he just kept saying he would call me back and never did. He did text me at 10:30pm to ask how urgent this matter was. After telling him just as soon as he has time, he never got back with me. Additionally he got real squirmy when I asked him if he was an actual structural engineer. Sounds to me like he is not.

I needed Brian to assess the removal of a load bearing wall. He was very easy to work with, quick to fit me in and thorough in his report.
