I originally called Charlie's heating where I bought the furnace/AC unit 17 years ago, and then they came. It seems like this company bought them. It was quick response which was great but the technician didn't tell me the diagnosis or the price before working. He went outside but didn't tell me what was wrong or what he was going to do, and finished work anyway, came back 20 minutes later and told me it is $625 with tax.
