I had Brian Easton & Sons install an A.C. unit in my attic last week. It was a difficult job , but they did it well, and were courteous and professional . They also did it for the best price. I would highly recommend them. Robert Poitras Welland

I originally called Charlie's heating where I bought the furnace/AC unit 17 years ago, and then they came. It seems like this company bought them. It was quick response which was great but the technician didn't tell me the diagnosis or the price before working. He went outside but didn't tell me what was wrong or what he was going to do, and finished work anyway, came back 20 minutes later and told me it is $625 with tax. Most unprofessional experience with a so called professional I’ve ever had!!!! If I could rate a zero I would. The only recommendation I would have is stay clear and find someone else!!!
