We've had all the Easton's help us out over the years and we love their work. They've also helped many family members with furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks, ducts and recently a combi boiler. Very professional! Great service! I originally called Charlie's heating where I bought the furnace/AC unit 17 years ago, and then they came. It seems like this company bought them. It was quick response which was great but the technician didn't tell me the diagnosis or the price before working. He went outside but didn't tell me what was wrong or what he was going to do, and finished work anyway, came back 20 minutes later and told me it is $625 with tax. Most unprofessional experience with a so called professional I’ve ever had!!!! If I could rate a zero I would. The only recommendation I would have is stay clear and find someone else!!!
A/C died late afternoon in the middle of a heatwave. I had a tech onsite before noon the following day - got us fixed up within 20 minutes. Can't beat awesome service like that!
