Dr. Butler was the radiation oncology doctor that saved my life. I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma,stage III, base of tongue, in December 2004. I was admitted to Methodist Hospital in January 2005. Dr. Butler developed a plan to treat my cancer in concert with the medical oncologist. That was 15 years ago and though others who have had similar treatment continue to have problems, I live a happy productive life. At 77 I work every day and have a busy family life.
