I had an appointment at 1015 arrived at 10 and left at 1045 without being seen. The front desk lady said “I don’t know what to tell you” and the lady who was taking patients back laughed at the situation. Not sure who has time to sit here for hours but it’s not me.
The waiting are is very welcoming and relaxing which was nice since my appointment was delayed by over 30 min. The Dr is very thorough with his new patient intake questions. His assistant was very sweet when explaining the sleep study and his office manager was very friendly. The front desk woman was sweet until... hopefully she was just having a bad day because the office as a whole seems very nice.
